Residential Architects Sydney Homeowners Trust With Their Home
As residential architects in Sydney, we design homes that respond to the people who live in them and the place they sit in. Our work spans bespoke new homes, major renovations and extensions, and heritage alterations and additions, from our studio in Paddington.
Why Clients Choose Maya Sternberg Architects
Every project is led by Colin Sternberg, a registered NSW architect (Reg. No. 11691) and Principal Design Practitioner, so you work directly with the architect designing your home. You can confirm his registration with the NSW Architects Registration Board.
Architecture and interiors are designed together in-house with Nina Maya Interiors, including interior architecture, custom lighting and bespoke joinery, so the finished home carries one consistent idea from structure to detail.
A Considered Process
Each home is shaped through a disciplined process that balances materiality, form and function. We look at the site, the light, the views and how you want to live before a single line is drawn, then carry that intent through design development, planning and approvals, documentation and construction.
The result is a home with clarity and longevity, one that is still a pleasure to live in many years after completion. Read more about our approach on the About page, or see each stage on our services page.
Homes Across Sydney
Most of our work is in the Eastern Suburbs, Paddington, Woollahra, Double Bay and Mosman, along with projects across greater Sydney. Our portfolio includes Residence F, Joalah Ranch, Pavilion, Fairfax House and the Gilliver Residence.
